The 3-in-1 Felt Support Tray incorporates an integral Over Fascia Vent and Bird Comb to promote air circulation and limit animals and insects entering the roof. Suitable for new builds and remedial work, the 3-in-1 Felt Support Tray prevents drooping roofing felt, preventing water ponding and condensation. In turn, this limits break down of roof membrane, fascia and timber rafters.

Over Fascia Vents provide discreet eaves ventilation in the roof void. They are lightweight and durable and are easily installed over the fascia in new build or re-roofing applications. They create ventilation by allowing airflow into the roof space and also stop birds and insects entering the void. Each 500mm piece has a male and female end which interlock by simply sliding into place. This produces a 1 meter robust structure that will not crush or warp. • 10mm available for cold roof construction • 25mm for warm roofs, flat roof and pitches of 15 ° and below
