Armstead Trade Durable Acrylic Eggshell is a professional quality, tough, durable and quick-drying mid-sheen finish with good flow and application properties. Suitable for all normal interior wood, plaster and masonry surfaces.
The normal finishing process is 2 full coats of Armstead Trade Durable Acrylic Eggshell, but on previously painted surfaces in good condition, where similar colours are used, 1 coat may be sufficient. When applying water-based paints to surfaces previously decorated with conventional solvent-based paint, very thorough surface preparation will be necessary. As with other water-based paints, do not use when the temperature is below 10ºC. Coverage: up to 15m² per litre on smooth surfaces of average porosity. Touch Dry: 3-4 hours. Recoat: 4-6 hours. Drying times dependent upon temperature and humidity.
