Rothenberger high temperature asbestos free glass braided sealing rope is used as an appropriate seal, as well as cushioning for log burners, oven and boiler doors etc. This new improved rope comes braided so will retain its shape when cut and during its lifespan, unlike the more traditional twisted version which can fray and separate more easily.
